Nils Betschart

His career took him from a classic apprenticeship as a waiter with stops in Davos and St. Moritz, to the Hotel Management School Belvoir Park in Zurich, to various management jobs and a successfully completed post-graduate diploma in business administration.

The expertise which he gained from school and working benefits him every day at his present job as the manager of Quai 61. He leads his team with care and skill through all emerging rain showers and storms on the Lake of Zurich.

When he's not traveling during his little free time, he likes to keep himself busy with his other hobbies ... all culinary themes and his great passion; wine.
