Mathias began his career 12 years ago unexpectedly at Do & Co Catering. Starting as a part-time job at the bar, suddenly something more awoke ... his passion. He has gone through many top addresses in Austria in the areas of bar, restaurant and event management, and has ultimately, without suffering shipwreck, been cast away on our lakeside Restaurant Quai 61.
His passion is to mix and "invent" new cocktails, sports and music. Whenever the chance arises at the Quai 61, he stands behind the turntables and thus provides for some musical highlights.
